By accessing or using FueVolt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FueVolt is a fuel price comparison and EV charging station finder for Australian drivers, aggregating data from government fuel price APIs and third-party mapping and charging datasets.
Fuel prices are sourced from official Australian state government APIs where available (NSW, QLD, VIC, WA — Tasmania via the NSW network). Station locations are sourced from OpenStreetMap; EV charging data from Open Charge Map. Prices may not reflect the current pump price at the time of your visit, and station details may be incomplete or outdated. FueVolt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed — always verify prices and availability at the station before making a purchasing decision. Where reliable government price data is unavailable, FueVolt does not generate replacement prices.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer or decompile the Service, use automated tools to scrape data from the Service, or interfere with the Service's functionality.
FueVolt may display advertisements served by Google. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by FueVolt.
The Trip Planner page includes an affiliate link to DiscoverCars, a car rental comparison service. If you book through this link, FueVolt may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. FueVolt is not a party to any booking made through DiscoverCars.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FueVolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the information it displays.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
